Ahmed Abdullah is a senior R&D engineer at Software Engineering Competence Center – ITIDA. He was a research and teaching assistant at the center of informatics, Nile University, and the American University in Cairo. Moreover, he contributed to the design and development of complex platforms for multi-scale materials modeling and bioinformatics applications on multi-clouds. He is passionate about enabling large-scale cloud services, bioinformatics services, blockchain technology, high-performance computing, open source, and IoT.
In 2016, Ahmed received his master’s degree in Systems and Biomedical engineering. His research focused on utilizing cloud services on different platforms for bioinformatics services, cost optimization, and personalized medicine.
